1. Please complete the required form in its entirety and submit your address proof, ID proof, and a photograph.
2. Upon receiving these documents at our branch, we will verify them and proceed to weigh your jewellery.
3. At GoldRescue, we utilize advanced, globally recognized technology to check gold purity, ensuring 100% accuracy. This testing is provided free of charge.
4. The purity and weight of the jewellery will be assessed in the presence of the customer. If any stones are embedded in the jewellery, they will be removed only with the customer's written consent. The customer must provide a written declaration for the removal of stones.
5. In rare cases, we may melt the gold to determine its exact purity.
6. Based on the purity percentage, we will calculate the gold value per gram and provide a gross estimate for the total gold or silver.
7. A detailed estimate will be provided, and upon the customer’s approval to proceed with the sale, payment will be made through the customer’s preferred mode of Cash, IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS.

GoldRescue offers a convenient service to help you pre-close your pledged gold loan by providing the required cash. Our team will accompany you to the location, pay the necessary amount to release the pledged gold, and bring it to our office for further evaluation.

Once the gold is released, we will verify its purity at our office. After confirming the gold's quality, GoldRescue will buy back the jewellery and pay you the remaining balance after deducting the amount used to release the pledged gold.
